The proposer:
• Is the registered owner of the vehicle.
• Is the registered keeper of the vehicle.
• Has not had a conviction for non-motoring offences that has not been rehabilitated under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
• Has not been refused insurance or had special terms imposed.

Driver of the vehicle on this insurance:
• Has a full UK license.
• Does not have notifiable condition that has not been notified to DVLA.
• Does not have had any accidents or claims in the last 5 years.
• Does not have a conviction for non-motoring offences that has not been rehabilitated under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
(driving convictions can be accommodated subject to the provision of full details being provided in the on-line quotation question set)
• Has not been refused insurance had insurance cancelled or had special terms imposed.
